Since 1975, Loveless Porter Architects, LLC has delivered top-tier architectural and engineering services to commercial clients across the Mid-Atlantic.  Led by Sean M. Porter, their team excels in providing comprehensive solutions, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget. Sean became the sole owner of Loveless Porter Architects in 2012.

He is responsible for space planning, design development, construction documents, code research, and construction administration.  Sean has a strong understanding of building codes and local jurisdictions, which comes in handy when interpreting codes that apply to older buildings designed under “legacy” codes.

Our History

The history of the City of Manassas is a truly American story.  Located at the crossroads of sprawling, plentiful farmland  and strategically located along the rail route to the growing metropolis of our nation's capital,  the local history is rich with the stories of those who have built this community.

The few remaining architectural gems of this area are precious and must be preserved to inspire us to continue the community aspiration that has become our heritage.

It is with this appreciation for the past and the realization of how it can inspire the future, that Sean Porter and the Board of The Meredith House have preserved and renovated this beautiful artifact of local history.
